Our training team is selected from the most experienced and highly qualified candidates who apply for positions with Cambridge English Academy (CEA) India.
All our trainers have teaching certification and are qualified in their subject fields. Additionally everyone has a minimum of two years teaching and, where relevant, industry experience.
Staff at all levels are assessed on both practical and theoretical skills through an internal training programme which provides the foundation to our methodology.
Furthermore, once established we encourage our trainers to bring their own teaching creativity to the classroom, thereby utilising their skills to the fullest and providing an innovative educational approach for our students.
Cambridge English Academy (CEA) India Pvt. Ltd. was set up over two decades ago with the intention of providing access to a broad spectrum of courses related to English Language acquisition.
Our longevity, however, doesn’t mean we have let the grass grow under our feet. We have kept up with the times, and over the years, we have augmented our portfolio by adding programs that could provide our students with great opportunities for educational and career development.
